Below is an update from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Beginning with Spring 2021 applicants, first-time freshman
admission will be test-optional for students with an
unweighted, cumulative GPA of 2.50 or greater.
While students must have a minimum 2.0 unweighted,
cumulative GPA in order to be considered for admission, only
those with an unweighted, cumulative GPA between 2.0-2.49
will need to submit an ACT/SAT score for admission
consideration.
Select scholarships and departmental applications may still use the ACT/SAT score for admission consideration.

Second grade read “Henry and Mudge and the Starry Night”. It was about a camping trip. We talked about what you do in camping trips. We decided s’mores were essential, so we made them. They were scrumptious!

In order to accommodate the needs of every student and the time needed for teachers to meet those needs, plus the efforts to maintain a safe environment, Joppa/Maple Grove School District #38, will be switching to a 4-day in-person instruction starting the week of September 21, 2020. This will consist of Monday, Tuesday in-person, Wednesday Remote Learning; and then Thursday, Friday, in-person instruction. The Wednesday bus routes will run on their regular route to drop off meals beginning at 11:00, and meals will be provided at the high school for student pick-up at 11:15 to 11:45. Please reach out to your school if you desire meal delivery. Thanks so much for your understanding and flexibility.
