Alisa Adkins, who is a JHS alumnus, spoke to the juniors about her career path as a Vet Tech. She was able to share information about her day-to-day activities, education, and more. Students were able to ask questions and learn more about her internship. We appreciate Alisa coming in to share with the juniors.

Richard Henson brought in two commemorative coins to show the students for 100 Day. These coins marked the 150th celebration for Monee and Monee Police Department. That is a very long time! Thank you Richard for sharing those with us!#Elevate38

With an unusually high number of students and staff out this week due to sickness, the district has canceled school for Friday, January 31st per consultation with our local health department. Please note that custodians will perform deep cleaning to sanitize the building on Friday and extra-curricular activities will continue to be scheduled for those not experiencing any symptoms.
