The Common Application, which is accepted by more than 900 schools, including some colleges located outside the U.S., helps streamline one essential part of the admissions process for students.
Through the platform, first-time and transfer applicants alike can apply to multiple colleges at once. So students only have to fill out details that most schools require, including name, address, parental employment and education and extracurricular activities, one time. For more information, go to https://www.commonapp.org
The Maple Grove PTO would like to announce that we will be hosting our annual chili supper and basket raffle. Although it will look different, we will still have great baskets full of all kinds of items, and, of course, tasty chili, hot dogs, chips, dessert, and a drink available in to-go containers for you to purchase. We will begin selling tickets for the baskets next week. Be on the lookout in your child’s backpack for raffle tickets. If you choose to sell them, simply return the tickets, along with the money, to your child’s teacher. We are excited about this opportunity to raise money to sponsor activities for our students this school year. Come on out and help us make this event a huge success!
