Joppa students have been given an opportunity to attend Auto Mechanics or Welding at Shawnee Community College during the afternoons. Students have to apply, be accepted, and have adequate credits in order to attend. #elevate38

Tomorrow is the day! Come out and enjoy some Starnes Bar-B-Q at JHS from 5-8pm. $10/plate will get you BBQ, potato salad. coleslaw, chips, and a drink. You can also grab food to go! All proceeds will support the Senior Class trip in the spring.

Third grade enjoyed the visit from the Joppa and Massac CountyFire Departments today.

The Donut Shop is officially closed for 2025. The students did a fabulous job making donuts out of clay.

5 FFA members traveled to Eldorado to participate in a leadership workshop last night. The chapter donated $58 to the ffa foundation and won the raffle to dump an ice bucket on one of the section 25 officers. Photos and caption by Jaylea Anderson, 11th grade
