Joppa - Maple Grove faculty and staff will miss these two very special people. Joy Copeland is retiring after 40 years of service for the school district, and Mr. Hunter Kreuter plans include spending more time with his family while taking a position with a neighboring school district. We wish them the best!

Today was the second annual 5th Grade Lemonade War! The students just finished reading "The Lemonade War" and learning about economics. Using what they've learned, each group had to make a business plan, research prices, and develop a recipe. Our winning group was Sweet and Sour Lemonade, run by Januari Burnett, Bentley Blackburn, and Ellie Patrick! Mrs. Rivera is incredibly proud of everyone's hard work. Great job, 5th grade!
