Students and families had a great time at our Fall Festival tonight! Students enjoyed games, face painting, the book fair, and the Haunted House! We also had excellent chili and hot dogs prepared by Mrs. Tara and Mrs. Janica! Thanks to Mrs. Peck, the PTO, Mr. May, and all the clubs who helped out tonight! It was a great night! #elevate38

Boys Bowling Practice will begin: October 30, 31, and Nov. 1 from 4:00PM - 5:30PM @ Metropolis Superbowl. Girl's Bowling Practice will begin: November 20, 21, and 22, from 4:00PM - 5:30PM @ Metropolis Superbowl Boy's first match is at Harrisburg vs. Eldorado @ 4:00 PM. Bus will leave the school at 2:30. 1st boys match is November 12, @ 4:00PM at Harrisburg bowling alley vs Eldorado, van should serve purpose and will leave school by 2:30. I can and will drive the van.

We want to extend a BIG thank you to the school board for their generous funding and all the community members who generously donated and participated in recent fundraisers. The second graders had an awesome time at the Encampment on Friday. They learned about making pewter spoons, weaving rugs, making lace, and using animal bones to make musical instruments. They played a few games and met Mother Goose and Johnny Appleseed. #Elevate38
