Joppa defeated Shawnee 15-3 to go 2-0 for the season, they defeated Meridian 15-11 in their first game. Bailey Myers pitched 2 complete games striking out 12 against meridian and 7 tonight against Shawnee. Up next Joppa faces Century on Friday. Congratulations girls!!

The start time for the baseball game at Shawnee High School has been changed to 5:00 p.m..

The softball game scheduled for Thursday, August 21, 2025, will now be held at home and will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Ag classes have kicked off the year discussing communication and the importance of listening to your teammates. We started class doing the human knot challenge and now they are in the process of building a mini farm. #elevate38

6th grade science is doing a quick review over the scientific method this week! Their challenge today: build a parachute and test which one will fall faster. #elevate38

We had a great first day of pre-k! We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria, exploring our centers in the classroom, reading a story about Pete the Kitty's First Day of Preschool and Pete the Cat I Love my White Shoes, singing songs, eating a snack, playing in the gym, and taking a nap! We had lots of fun and are excited about tomorrow! #elevate38
