The Joppa-Maple Grove School District is pleased to welcome new district superintendent Dr. Greg Goins and newly hired K-12 principal Mrs. Stephanie Wood for the 2024-25 school year.
Dr. Goins, a former teacher, coach and athletic director at Joppa High School, is entering his 16th year as a school superintendent in southern Illinois. Mrs. Wood has served as a school principal at all grade levels and was most recently the principal at Livingston Central High School in western Kentucky.
